We are able to offer these scholarships as a result of the funds we raise at our annual “Caring for Our Future” Medical Scholarship Fundraiser. These scholarships have enabled many students to attend medical school, with an emphasis on returning to practice medicine in Riverside County to help alleviate the shortage of doctors to care for our citizens. Since 2011, RCMA has awarded $450,000 in scholarships to 130 medical students from Riverside County. In 2019, RCMA launched a Resident & Early-Career Physician Loan Assistance Program.
