CalHealthCares Advisory Council Members & Application Reviewers Wanted February 13, 2020 Loan Assistance, Physicians for a Healthy California, Prop 56 Physicians for a Healthy California, Advisory Council, CalHealthCares, DHCS, Loan Repayment Progam, PHC 0 ADVISORY COUNCIL MEMBERS The Advisory Council is responsible for providing recommendations to physicians and dentists regarding the CalHealthCares Loan Repayment Program (LRP) including establishing eligibility criteria, drafting the program application, developing scoring guidelines, and reviewing applications. These recommendations will be submitted to the Department of Health Care Services for their review, feedback and approval. Contact Katie Ramirez, Program Director, at KRamirez@phcdocs.org. APPLICATION SCORERS/REVIEWERS All application scoring will be conducted online through a web-based review portal, which will be available from March 2, 2020 to March 22, 2020. All volunteers must sign a conflict of interest form and attend 1 of the mandatory trainings on the scoring procedures. Training for the CalHealthCares program will be on the following dates: • February 13, 2020 2:00-3:00pm • February 26, 2020 10:00-11:00am After, all scorers will be asked to score applications within the deadline and maintain confidentiality and impartiality regarding applicant submissions and scoring.
