Inland Empire Foundation for Medical Care

Inland Empire Foundation For Medical Care (IEFMC), a sister organization to the Riverside County Medical Association (RCMA), is a physician driven organization comprised of over 2,000 doctors in the Inland Empire.

Since 1960, IEFMC has worked in partnership with RCMA to support the local physician community and the patients they serve, helping doctors succeed by focusing on the business side of medicine.

Population Health Management Academy:
Comprehensive interactive year-long training program for seasoned physicians.

Population Health Fellowships:
Two local PCP residency graduates are selected each year to participate in our nation’s first Population Health Fellowship to retain the best and brightest doctors in our region.

PPO Network:
Accessed by Third Party Administrators, insurance carriers, self-funded health plans and managed care plans.

Practice Optimization:
Customized training programs using a solution-oriented approach that prioritizes team-based care and interoperability.

Quality Improvement Strategies:
Support for boosting quality measure outcomes.

Unfunded Health Care:
IEFMC administers the Maddy Program which helps reimburse Riverside County physicians for unpaid emergency care.
